Who is Stephen Wiltshire?
Wiltshire is an Autistic Savant who is known as “The Human Camera” for his ability to remember details of famous landmarks after only viewing them once for a few minutes. Wiltshire began drawing famous landmarks when he was only 11 years old and has now drawn landmarks from around the world. His most recent work was of the New York City skyline. Wiltshire drew an eighteen-foot wide panoramic after only seeing it once during a twenty-minute helicopter ride.

What is Autism?
The word “autism” means a developmental disability significantly affecting verbal and non-verbal communication and social interaction.
What is a Savant?
Wiltshire is an autistic savant: an individual with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) who also has extraordinary talents of mind and coordination.
